Launching Business Incubation Program for Social Entrepreneurs in Bangladesh
ORINUS PARTNERS Ltd. has launched a platform “Link” to foster social entrepreneurs in Bangladesh as a mean to achieve its mission to create businesses that can solve social issues in emerging countries. The platform aims to tie business ideas and network of the local social entrepreneurs with the business ideas and technology of Japanese companies, by which to create a new business. We invite Japanese companies who seek to explore new market opportunity in Bangladesh by focusing on social issues. Through collaboration with social entrepreneurs by providing technology and exchanging market information, the Japanese companies are expected to acquire the deep understanding of the local market needs, develop new products or services and business model which fit the local environment. Social entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, on the other hand, will be able to learn technology and operational skill to improve the quality of the products or services and business model to accelerate their growth.
